Who Are We ?
Young Seeds Foundation Tasmania (YSF) is managed by a small group of volunteers dedication to assisting some of the most disadvantaged children in the world.
YSF is committed to providing the right to education for refugee children in South Sudan, or who may be living in Kyrandongo Refugee Camp in Northern Uganda.
We have two in-country coordinators who ensure the welfare and local support of the sponsored children and their guardians.
John and Okot are a vital point of connection between the children and the Young Seeds Committee in Australia.
What We Do
What We Do
In the Southern Sudanese and Northern Ugandan States of Africa, thousands of people remain displaced. YSF provides education, uniform, and basic supplies to the children.
The majority of sponsored children attend boarding school and stay with guardians during school holidays.
By accessing education in Uganda, these children will develop their capacities and be enabled to support others in their country when they complete their education.
